YHWH answers a Philosopher
on Apr 27 in Philosophy, Religion by T.M. CoalI recently wrote a paper expressing some of my deepest questions pertaining to the Bible. Ever since that time I have thought, studied, and prayed deeply and this is a narrative expressing the findings I have unearth in the form of a conversation between myself and God. I have posed just and hard questions and I owe all who do me the honor of reading my thoughts deep and rational answers. Blessings and wisdom.
Please excuse any grammar atrocities, I am almost finished writing a book and do not have any extra time to devote to fine tuning.

One day as God was surveying the earth one of his many eyes glimpsed a struggling mortal. Struggling mortals are no new thing, indeed the earth if filled with them, but this one was different. Looking deep into them God realized that unlike the others this one had cast off fear of Him as well as the desire for His pleasures. This individual had come to place where all they craved was truth, opinions of others did not matter, prosperity did not matter, even life itself had lost its value. As He focused on the individual He heard deep and painful questions and He spoke within Himself, “Finally, someone who is not afraid to ask.” Not content to send a mere angel God sent himself, without moving, to the car where the philosopher sat being pounded by the rain.
“I am the Unplanted Root of Eternity, and I am sorry you have had to endure this reality and the circumstances created by the ignorance of your forefathers. Like all humanity you suffer only because you do not understand realities nature, and I have come to end your suffering.” , said God. The philosopher was humbled, and seen clearly his limits, but fear was no where in him and he replied, “Then I would ask that you answer me, if indeed there is an answer, because a child can weep in silence before the door of its parent only so long before it chooses to become an orphan and direct its own fate.”
God replied, “Then let me begin. Firstly, though it is not incorrect to call me YHWH that is only one title of many. My name only I can know for only I can fathom all of myself. All other titles I have given so beings of limited minds may know me or have been given to me by beings of limited minds. I am the Unnamable and Unending, the Father and Mother of all, to title me is to obscure what I am because I am that I am something finite beings can not grasp fully even if they live forever.”
“Now that you know all words are merely shadows of my substance let me address your doubts about my judgments in Eden. I did not make the task hard, I gave humanity a world and told them not to touch one tree. It was not that the tree that was bad it was that if you ate of it you would come to understand another way besides the only way, and since only truth can connect you to live all of those others ways would lead you only to death. I sought to with hold from humans only the knowledge of evil, for no good thing is forbidden, but my compassion was cast as selfishness and my truth into egoism.”
“At first humanity was only a little lower than the angles and had powers of mind you cannot know understand. All of reality dwells in Me and remains in perfect harmony with Myself because it does not violate my laws, it is an infinitely large and interconnected energetic web. This web stands because it is affixed to Myself and sitting at its center I feel every minute vibration created by every conscious and unconscious thing. I have given Adam and Eve rule over a section of My web but when they forsook my will they separated themselves from me. By evil they altered the very fabric of the space they occupied in My energetic web, and though I could sense them I could no longer be near them, and the light that demonstrated their inner oneness with Me fell from them.”
“It would have been bad enough if Adam actions had only effected himself but his mind had powers that have become lost to you. Once he took evil into himself he altered the very makeup of his self and the energies that flowed from him were no longer pure. Like an antenna transmitting radio waves his mind quantumly transmitted his dark energies, his rebellion, into the consciousness of every living thing. In this way all things were put out of harmony with me and, disconnected from My Indwelling – the source of life, all living things began to die. His evil had created a rift between Myself and the creation I had given him power over and my heart was saddened.”
“Did I know he would do it? Yes, I did know but you see he did not have to do it. I humanity the choice to live in safety and peace but they instead chose to become part of my war with Lucifer. This is like you and the freedom you now have in America. You can rob a bank or not, before you choose the freedom is yours but after you choose the freedom to define your fate is no longer in your hands, it is in the hands of the judge. Likewise, humanity had the choice to be beyond the reach of evil forever but they chose to try it and because of their of choice their fate was in my hands. However, this is all part of a larger plan that I crafted before I formed the first atom or made the first space, the plan to make a creation filled with beings who could freely share in My power, My mystery, and My freedom.”
“As I sat alone in coiled in ultimate bliss and oneness I thought that I might create life, but not just any life, conscious life, life that would reflect Me and be one with Me as I am one with myself. As I look into the the distant future that sat before however I realized that if I gave them freedom that at some point the order of my universe would break down. You see, free will is an uncontrollable variable, any time you give people a choice there will always be someone who makes a poor one out of ignorance or selfishness. The only way I could prevent evil was to disallow free will, however if I took away free will I would have a universe full of godbots, beings that only did what I told them to and if I only wanted to worship myself there would be no need to create others.”
“If I took away choices then I would be controlling their minds by limiting their options and if I took their wills I would be directly limiting their minds. I wanted being to share in my wisdom and as they shared in it, and the joy it brought, they would come to love me as a child loves their father. However, the only way that free will could be established was if all the options had been explored and all sentient creatures could share in the knowledge I have about the superiority of Wisdom, of Myself, over ignorance. I did not want to create evil, and I did nothing to encourage it, but I wanted to give bliss and peace and eternity to others so that they might joy in it as I did and the only way I could do that was to allow the mind to be free.”
“I knew that Lucifer would rebel, and I knew Adam would as well, but the life and joy of a billion billion billion billion live out weigh the death and sorrow created by a comparative handful. I knew from the start that the only way my creation would have be in total harmony with me was for all things to know the depth of my wisdom and compassion, and I knew that some day by demonstrating my pure nature to the universe I would die by the hands of my creatures. However, the joy of truth, the depth of wisdom, and the glory of eternity is more important than all life, even My own.”
“So I set the plan into motion and you know the rest from there. Lucifer made himself the harbinger of a power that even he could not control, by separating his self from me he created evil and the evil consumed him. If let loose evil would dissolve all of reality and even me if could therefore I knew I had to put it down. However, how could I? Lucifer had told all the created universe that I was unjust and how could they know otherwise? They had no way to validate either my words or his, they had no knowledge, and though I pleaded with them to listen to reason and behold the goodness I had given some would not admit these as evidence and choose to believe Lucifer.”
“From there he was thrown out of my presence but his lies continued and since no one knew what lies I could not strike him down because he had crafted his arguments in such a way that if I did so it would seem that he was right and I was evil and so the rebellion he had started would be perpetuated in the minds of others. Only wisdom can end evil and not force, force only perpetuates it that is why I withhold my power.”
“Could I prevent all the consequences? Sure, but if consequences are prevented there is no learning, without learning there is only ignorance, and it is from ignorance that all evil first begins to bloom. I only move forward and no event curves my path, all that would be harmful I turn to health and all that I would be disaster I make constructive. Not for a moment was I going to let the stupidity of small being prevent Me from sharing Myself with innumerable wise creatures. None had to be participate in evil but all that chose to I did not prevent because with every drop of harm they demonstrated the weakness of their arguments, minds, and characters.”
“This brings me back to Eden and my judgments there. I know that they may seem unjust to you but just as an ant cannot know your motives and wisdom so you cannot fully fathom mine. For example you said that me punishing the snake was unjust? You are measuring My actions by the appearance of reality as it is before you know. All things are in a constant flow and when water is poured from the top of a hill it can only go down. When I made creation I made them perfect, I placed all things at the top of the hill, but they choose against me and just like the water they have only went down. There are those would like for you to believe that reality is improving but that is an illusion created by their perspective. How does this apply to the snake? You think I punished a serpent like those that crawl on the ground before you but the snakes then were the wisest of creatures, and though they could not speak they could understand, and it is for the degree of understanding the snake had about the part it was playing that I cursed it.”
“You also asked if I was responsible for the death of mothers and babies at birth and I tell you I am not. Humanity created an environment where death rule and decay constantly whittled away at life, this is why women and babies die at birth, all the bio-machines are breaking down and nothing works as I intended. Not only that but humanity misuses all the gifts I have given and so the poor suffer on account of the rich, some indulge themselves and use the riches that could have healed another, and though I now respect their will there will be a day of recompense. I only made Eve hurt in birth I did not make birth fatal.”
“Likewise you seem to think that I am responsible for the slave like labor that humanity must now do but again I am not. Humans wanted a world where I was not present and so I respected their wishes and have allowed all things in nature to go where they would and become what they could. It is humans whose craving for more and better, their unbridled desires and gain seeking, that is responsible for the debt and the form of society as it now is. I only made humans work hard to grow a garden, a task that might require eight hours a day, it was humanity that went beyond my commands and made themselves suffer by over work and neglecting the day of rest I gave.”
“Then you say that I punished Pharaoh for Abraham’s lie but I did no such thing. Abraham lied and so altered the energetic field of reality that surrounds him so I could not be with him. Abraham’s dishonesty is what caused Pharaoh to suffer. Even sins of ignorance modify the mind enough to where I can enter totally into communion with it and when Pharaoh took another mans wife into his chamber, even in ignorance, it was enough to put in a place where I could not help him fully and so Lucifer took the opportunity to afflict his house so that I might be blamed. However it did not work because even Pharaoh blamed Abraham and cast him out of his kingdom. You may think that I did not punish Abraham but I did not have to punish, as in most instanced, his evil created enough suffering in him and his reality that it was enough.”
“Just after this you suggest that I killed the children of Pharaoh’s Egypt when I freed Israel. I did not kill the children of Egypt the parents of the children of Egypt killed their children by refusing to humble their hearts. I had demonstrated nine times my superiority to the gods of Egypt and when I said I was going to kill the firstborn of the nation the people should have demanded their leader their to forsake falsehood and follow the path of justice but they did not. They continued to cling to gods of wood and stone and so suffered the judgment that I sent against those gods. The families could have sought Israel and asked how to live, they could have fled the land, or they could have demanded Pharaoh to forsake his stupidity but they did none of these things and by their ignorance killed their own children. People are responsible for their government because they are the substance it is created from, and those who know are responsible for those who do not yet understand. When humanity forsakes their role as guides to truth and neglects the practice of truth then they create death, if I did not show this in the present reality countless millions would die when they face Me at the judgment.”
“This same principle was is at work in the next objection to have to my justice. The people who died on account of David’s numbering Israel was responsible for their own demise. The whole nation could have refused the count, as could have Joab, but they did not. Not only that but do you think that I killed indiscriminately? Have you not read how I direct my swordsmen in Ezekiel? Those who died and those who lived did so because of the mark they bore and even though the 70,000 died justly I saw the pain of those connected to them and called back My sword. Not only this but I gave David the opportunity to flee from his enemies for three months and this is what he should have chosen but he made a decision that caused his nation suffering. Again, I must teach the lesson that people are responsible for their leaders just as their leaders are responsible for them. Further more do not think that even amid a national judgment that I forsake righteous individuals do you not remember the story of the widow of Zareaphath?”
“Do you really think that I would accept the blood of seven men forced to give their lives to me, you must if you think that the seven of Saul’s ancestors were forced sacrifices. Did you not read in the last story where David would not even give to me a field he did not pay for? Do you then think he would give me innocent blood? This action was close enough to the life of Saul for the men involved to have been the very ones who attacked the Gibeonites, or they could have lay down their lives willingly, like Isaac, so that another nation could see how important it was to Israel to be at peace with, and reveal the principles of God, to their neighbors. And just for the record I did not curse the land with drought, the people had become wedded to evil, and the evil quantumly altered the fabric of reality so that I could not be present and prevent the broken elements from breaking my people.”
“You seem to doubt my wisdom too? Can a sparrow know how high an eagle can fly or a human dive into the deep like a whale? Humans judge everything by their limits even the Wisdom that can frame a universe. In the world today I do not speak with people in the way that I did in olden times. The amount of evil is so high, the amount of faith is so low, and when you add the amount of busy noise that fills peoples minds is it any surprise the world thinks I am silent? Hundreds of years before Israel entered Canaan I had promised to Abraham that his seed would rule that land, I with held it from him at that time because the people had not gone beyond the bounds of betterment. However, as the ages dragged on the people of that land grew in wickedness, they killed their children in an attempt to gain favor with me, committed incest, bestiality, and other sexual perversions, they communed with fallen angels that only corrupted their way, and served gods they had created thus worshiping themselves and compounding their vile qualities. They were brimming with evil like a ripe grape with juice and I could no longer tolerate their wickedness. I sent My armies to destroy them as America sent her armies to stay the advance of the Nazi’s. It is not evil to war as long as you war for just reasons.”
“As for the harshness of my punishments for evil in the Old Testament you are again viewing it from your perspective and judging it by your time. I had led Israel out of Egypt by wonders, I preformed miracle after miracle to sustain them in the desert, I even spoke to them my holy law, they knew that I was the Almighty and they knew the power of truth. With their tremendous blessing and insight also came tremendous loss for misusing it just as humanity can use their understanding of the atom to power the world and further understanding or destroy it all. Also, I intended for Israel to be my ambassadors on earth and so any evil could not be tolerated in them because if left uncheck it would corrupt the whole of society and the truth they were to share. Furthermore, my judgments were harsh but I could not let them do in this reality things that would cause them to be separated from Me for eternity in a higher reality. The principles are enduring but the precepts changed when the civilization they were meant to guide passed away.”
“I also understand why it is hard for you to accept that I was the consciousness in the flesh of Jesus, however the differences are not in me they are in the eyes of the writers. Those who wrote in the Old Testament did so from their perspective and those who wrote the new did so from theirs but they are both looking at and learning from Me. Time deepens all human knowledge, as people observe, study, think, and pray they learn and their level of knowledge will always be proportionate to how much they do these things. Do you not recall how the path of those who walk in truth grows brighter and brighter until they are fully illuminated? “
“I wanted very dearly for the Jewish nation to learn from Me the deepest of truths and to represent me correctly but over and over again they failed to display my qualities purely. It was to remove the misunderstanding and the fog that surrounded My nature and will that I sent a part of myself into reality. As I walked the streets without doing harm and allowed the villainy in my creatures to kill me I displayed forever the character of evil and the character of truth.”
“It is not fair to say of me that I occupied myself with only the Jews and intended only for them to know me. When I called Abraham out and blessed him I said that through him I would bless the world, it has always been my intention to return all humanity to me. Do you not remember when I was in Jesus I said that I had sheep not of this fold? If they were already my sheep that means I was already their Sheppard. It is not the system of rituals that matters so much as the truth. I gave the Jews special revelations but I gave to others wisdom, and to others knowledge. I have been working at all times and in all places to save all humanity from the fate of death. There are pieces of truth that are doctrinal facts, and though these are important they are not as important as the having the very substance of my nature in the life. Where you see wisdom, justice, beauty, insight, virtue, peace, compassion, and truth there am I pulling the lives of the people to me through the only means they had available to them. Ignorance I wink at but rejection of truth cannot be tolerated. The differences among cultures are a blessing that, if the cultures communicated, would improve all of those involved in body, mind, and spiritual understanding but every time I tell someone something they think themselves wiser than all the rest and shut themselves up. If all of humanity would pool their wisdom and weed out their illusions by mutual study and prayer the entire world would be a utopia until I returned.”
“You may think that I do not act but the problem is that people think I am a fairy god-father that lives in the sky who will stop all their evils for them, prevent all their bad consequences, and spare them all their pain. The truth is that even though I am the Father and Mother of all humanity, humanity is a big boy. If you see me as a gushy daddy that cannot harm a flee then it is no wonder all the suffering confuses you but once you know me as the All-Knowing Sage the difficulty disappears. If a parent stepped in an fixed all the problems of the child would the parent be loved or resented? For thousands of years I have spoken with saints, prophets, and sages, the collected knowledge and wisdom of humanity and the testimony of history give witness to the truth of reality and the way to live in it but no one listens. If I appeared and spoke to them personally what would change? I talk always to all people, I am the still small voice, the substance of the enlightened mind, and yet people go on doing what they will in spite of my plees and my counsel.”
“If had left humanity on a earth without the tools they need to prevent evil I would be to blame, but I have given all the tools to you and taught you the truth of their use but you refuse to use them, how can I be blamed? Why should I step in and prevent the evils human ignorance, greed, and pride have allowed? Where I am not invited I will not come, where evil is I cannot be, and where I am not at fallen angels and human ignorance have total control. Humanity wanted a world without any Divine intervention and so this is what they have gotten. I respect their wishes and I am blamed for it, I let them commit and reap the evil they love and I am blamed for the consequences, yet if I stopped it they would curse me and accuse me of tyranny. There are three causes of evil in the earth, the evil you do, the evil you influence others to do, and the evil you allow others to do. All human suffering traces itself to a human source, no supernatural good or evil can be blamed.”
“You think I am silent but I am not, I just do not speak often using words, beside as I have said already what more could I say? If you want to be pure there is ample information for it and if you want to be evil then all the information in Heaven would not persuade you. The reason why I cannot be heard is that no one is listening. I would like to tell humanity all the truth but in order to get it into a human mind I have to do it part by part, and in order for that mind to share it words must be used, and in the end what gets into the mind of the reader is a gaunt shadow of what I first said. If I am to be heard it must be on a personal level, like wisdom I cannot be shared I must be earned by personal seeking and all who have genuinely sought me and the truth have never been turned away. The Bible itself is sufficient to demonstrate my substance and though it has it limits and flaws these arise not from me but from the finite mind that expressed my will. I would gladly give a flawless truth of Myself but in order to be expressed or understood by humans it must be humanized, a process that would be like translating Aristotle into a form of expression ants can fathom.”
“Do I require trust? No, I require nothing, but those who want to know me must trust because without it no relationship can prosper. When one studies openly and honestly in an effort to know the truth they will be led to me because reality is formed in a way that intelligence can easily be inferred, and those who insist upon a purely material reality must resort to believing in possibilities that defy logic. It is saddens me that people have made ignorance into faith and blind acceptance of religious men’s opinions a virtue. Do they not recall that Solomon said those who believe everything they hear without looking into it are fools? Do they not read of those from Berea who studied and were more noble than the rest? Do they not see how the masses followed the ideas of the religious leaders blindly and ended up killing Me in the Messiah? Those who do not doubt what is called truth and seek to verify it will only arrive in Heaven by blind chance, and they will be the pawns of men wiser than themselves until they die. Wisdom, logic, proof, and observation are the ways to arrive at a revelation of Me and those whose philosophy, life, and religion were built upon words wrote and spoken by humans can have it taken away by humans who know how to use words better. Certainly, intelligence, devotion, and eloquence are not proofs of truth.”
“If any wishes to know my will and they seek me with a whole heart they will find and understand Me. It is like I told Buddha, just as the sun and moon cannot long be hidden neither can the truth be buried. You have sought me for years and daily dig deeper into the storehouses of the wisdom I have poured out onto the human race, can you really say that you do not know Me? Can you really say that I have hidden myself? Wisdom, truth, and compassion call out from every corner of the earth and if humans are too foolish to heed their call and walk the path that leads to me what can I do? I have been misrepresented by fools for thousands of years but those who study wisdom do not accept these fools because they have realized that foolishness, superstition, pride, hate, arrogance, ignorance, and monopolies on truth are not expressions of Me.”
“Those who hate me love death, injustice has never been found in me, and no human will ever be punished for believing a lie, punishment is reserved only for those who do not seek and apply the truth.”
The philosopher was filled with a spirit of gratitude, realized the limits of what could be known in the human state, and immediately set about critically analyzing the words he had heard to see if they were so.
